SWITCH Consulting

What our clients say about us

SWITCH Consulting is a boutique strategic consultancy service for the human service sector.

We specialise in small to medium sized projects that the big agencies won’t touch and we take on only a few projects and clients each year, meaning we’ll have the time to meet your needs. We restrict commitments to ensure we’re always available for your pressing needs, now, and can spend the right amount of time on working with you to make sure your needs are prioritised. A limited client pool means we get to know each other.

Some of the many services available through SWITCH

Developing partnerships with other agencies is the future. But how do you take ‘good will’ to a level of formal reciprocity? With my help, you will make partnerships work for not only you, but your partners as well. This can include coordinating tasks such as footprint and partnership mapping, risk mitigation, neutral chairing of meetings and negotiations and more.

I can create a Tender Kit master document for you to assist with future tenders and submissions. Having a kit will allow you to spend more time on model development, with 80% of the work on future submissions ‘cut and paste’.

With 30 years experience in broad ranging and very senior roles, I’m available to mentor Executive or aspirants in the skills they need

I’ll take your conference from concept to write-up, along the way delivering a seamless event that will have attendees raving – and keen to deliver on agreed actions.

More for less, now.

That’s the mantra of the modern world for most human service sector agencies who are asked to do more with less resources, and to respond immediately to ceaseless change. Being nimble and quick is a necessity for survival, but what to do when you are already pushed past your limits?
Executive level skills and experience, by the hour.
